DAMPAK MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA BISNIS MELALUI PEMASARAN BERBASIS OUTPUT DAN BIAYA
Abstract
Media sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis melalui pemasaran berbasis output.Media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis melalui biaya. Hasil uji secara serempak (Uji F) pada persamaan ketiga diketahui besarnya nilai F =29,736 signifikansi 0,000<0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel media sosial, pemasaran berbasis output dan biaya mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Hasil R2 total sebesar 0,633 dapat diartikan variasi kinerja bisnis dijelaskan oleh variabel media sosial, pemasaran berbasis output dan biaya sebesar 63,3% dan sisanya 36,7% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Pengaruh media sosialmelalui biaya terhadap kinerja bisnis, merupakan pengaruh yang paling efektif atau dominan terhadap kinerja bisnis jika dibandingkan dengan pengaruh yang lain.
